Fuel Up to Play 60 Helps Your School Meet Its Goals

Fuel Up to Play 60 Supports Your School Wellness Policy

All schools participating in the National School Lunch Program are required by law to create local wellness policies, designed to promote children's health and well-being within the school setting. Fuel Up to Play 60 provides a fun and exciting way to develop and implement key elements of your school's wellness policy.

To learn more about developing and implementing a school wellness policy, see the U.S. Department of Agriculture's information about local wellness policies, Action for Healthy Kids' Wellness Policy Tool and Tracker and the National Dairy Council's report "Nutrition Explorations resources on wellness policies."
