ELIGIBILITY: The Fuel Up to Play 60 2011-12 Back to School Activation Rewards Sweepstakes is open to all School Stakeholders who log onto their Dashboard at www.fueluptoplay60.com, (“Site”) by September 16, 2011 are age 18 or older.    • Track their progress toward completing Steps on their Dashboard at www.FuelUpToPlay60.com
   Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/1/2011 and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET on 4/1/2012 (the “Promotion Period”), eligible schools who meet the above criteria will be eligible for recognition. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Fuel Up to Play 60 2011-12 Program Advisor Success Story Contest is open to all registered Program Advisors who log onto their Dashboard at www.fueluptoplay60.com, (“Site”) and submit a Success Story between September 19, 2011 and October 1, 2011. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Employees of Dairy Management Inc., NFL Entities (as defined below), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/19/2011 and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET on 10/1/2011 (the “Promotion Period”), eligible participants who log onto their Dashboard and submit a Success Story by October 1, 2011 will automatically receive one entry into the Contest.
